1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled at least 7 days (1 week) before the scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Orders canceled less than 7 days before delivery are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for orders canceled at least 7 days before the delivery date.

4. No-Show or Incorrect Address

  • If the customer is unavailable at the delivery location, or if the provided address is incorrect, the order will not be refunded or redelivered.
  • Please ensure that accurate delivery details are provided at the time of ordering.
