1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled at least 7 days (1 week) before the scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
- Orders canceled less than 7 days before delivery are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable for orders canceled at least 7 days before the delivery date.

- We will review the request and offer a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.
4. No-Show or Incorrect Address
- If the customer is unavailable at the delivery location, or if the provided address is incorrect, the order will not be refunded or redelivered.
- Please ensure that accurate delivery details are provided at the time of ordering.
