At Mahie Bakery House, we are committed to delivering freshly baked goods to our customers on time and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping and delivery policy before placing an order.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to the following areas:
✅ Kharar
✅ Chandigarh
✅ Mohali
✅ Surrounding areas within a 25 km radius

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us before placing an order.

2. Delivery Timings

Orders must be placed at least 24-48 hours in advance.
Delivery is available between 9:00 AM – 11:59 PM].
We do our best to deliver within the estimated time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
A free delivery may be available for orders above 12000 INR.

4. Delivery Process

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, along with a reachable contact number.
If no one is available to receive the order at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to contact you. If the order cannot be delivered, it will not be refunded or rescheduled.

6. Order Tracking

Currently, we do not offer real-time order tracking, but you will receive a confirmation once your order is out for delivery.
